The practical details
Make room for
the whole experience.
These are planning assumptions for the sample. Your venue, audience and operating hours shape the final specification.
- Space & power
- Sample: two colouring tables, a scan station and a 20 ft wall, about 30 × 20 ft. Two 20 A circuits.
- Guests & pace
- 8–12 guests drawing at once; planning target 60–90 drawings/hour per scan station, depending on moderation and handling.
- People to run it
- A host assists scanning and removes unsuitable drawings; technical coverage and extra table support are scoped.
- Venue checks
- Use LED in bright courts; projection needs controlled ambient light.
- Decide moderation responsibility, removal controls and handling of guest artwork.
- Table heights, approach space and assisted scanning should support different ages and access needs.
