What we build for your brief
These are the studio workstreams for this direction. The agreed proposal defines the deliverables and separates hardware and other vendor costs.
- The world and characters
Original environments, template sheets and character behavior for the campaign.
- The drawing-to-world software
Adapt the drawing tools and prove the new paper-scan step.
- The guest and operator flow
The arrival animation, keepsake clip and controls for checking and removing drawings.
The guest journey: Make something → Scan and check → Watch it arrive → Keep the moment
Why this is a credible starting point
Existing capability
Mythos drawing stations and Lite-Brite phone drawing demonstrate drawing-to-screen interaction.
What is developed for this version
The paper-scanning step and your character animation need to be proved together.
Operating snapshot
- Space and power
- Sample: two colouring tables, a scan station and a 20 ft wall, about 30 × 20 ft. Two 20 A circuits.
- Guests and pace
- 8–12 guests drawing at once; planning target 60–90 drawings/hour per scan station, depending on moderation and handling.
- People to run it
- A host assists scanning and removes unsuitable drawings; technical coverage and extra table support are scoped.
Confirm with the venue
- Use LED in bright courts; projection needs controlled ambient light.
- Decide moderation responsibility, removal controls and handling of guest artwork.
- Table heights, approach space and assisted scanning should support different ages and access needs.
During the run
The opening plan includes paper and colouring supplies, scan assistance, moderation and a reset path. Tour length, storage, content updates and guest-art retention are agreed separately.
What the recap can tell you
The recap can report accepted drawings, completed scans and optional clip requests. Marketing subscriptions are separately consented and counted.
Next step: shape the scope together.
Send the studio your audience, event date or timing, venue if known, and the action you want guests to take. The conversation can identify the creative direction, venue checks and whether a prototype is needed before a build proposal.
