What we build for your brief
These are the studio workstreams for this direction. The agreed proposal defines the deliverables and separates hardware and other vendor costs.
- Your collectible card
Card artwork, stat names and the campaign offer on the card.
- The pose-to-card interaction
Adapt the existing photobooth engine to the stance, reveal and card journey.
- The booth experience
Fit the screen, posing mark, digital handoff and any separately scoped printing to the venue.
The guest journey: Join the roster → Hold a stance → See the reveal → Take the card
Why this is a credible starting point
Existing capability
The booth builds on the existing self-serve photobooth engine.
What is developed for this version
Your card design, stat names, campaign flow and venue fit are custom. The illustrated team is fictional.
Operating snapshot
- Space and power
- 10 × 13 ft booth; one standard circuit. A 65-inch portrait screen and camera form the sample setup.
- Guests and pace
- One guest at a time. About 80 seconds per card; planning target around 45 guests/hour.
- People to run it
- One attendant in the sample plan, including handing out optional printed cards.
Confirm with the venue
- Queue, camera sightline and printer replenishment must fit the concourse.
- Test framing for seated guests and different heights; agree an assisted alternative.
- Decide card retention and delivery before connecting a CRM.
During the run
The run plan assigns the attendant, printer supplies if selected, resets and technical escalation. Hardware custody, storage and later card updates are specified for repeat use.
What the recap can tell you
The recap can report completed cards, optional print output and separately consented contacts. Delivery and any confirmed sharing events are recorded separately from cards generated.
Next step: shape the scope together.
Send the studio your audience, event date or timing, venue if known, and the action you want guests to take. The conversation can identify the creative direction, venue checks and whether a prototype is needed before a build proposal.
