What we build for your brief
These are the studio workstreams for this direction. The agreed proposal defines the deliverables and separates hardware and other vendor costs.
- A world underfoot
Original floor art, characters and visual responses for your campaign.
- The rules of play
The discoveries, game mechanic and walk-on, walk-off behavior.
- The venue integration
Tune the sensing and projected interaction to the surveyed floor and rigging plan.
The guest journey: Notice the movement → Step into it → Play together → Leave naturally
Why this is a credible starting point
Existing capability
Interactive floor games were delivered in Lite-Brite, Journey to Oz and Mythos.
What is developed for this version
The illustrated pond, your game rules and site layout are custom creative.
Operating snapshot
- Space and power
- 20 × 12 ft floor with a 12 ft ceiling or suitable overhead truss. One or two 20 A circuits.
- Guests and pace
- Sample design: 4–12 guests at once; planning target about 150/hour in a walk-on, walk-off flow.
- People to run it
- Guest-flow supervision depends on age mix and venue; the run plan assigns technical coverage.
Confirm with the venue
- Control ambient light and keep the projected area free of obstructions.
- Rigging height, floor reflectance and sensor coverage need a venue check.
- Allow bypass circulation and a participation option for seated guests.
During the run
Allow an installation and calibration day in the sample plan. Agree daily startup, supervision and a safe pause state; rigging and strike are vendor and venue dependent.
What the recap can tell you
The recap can report observed play sessions and sampled dwell where the agreed instrumentation supports them. Any optional sign-up is counted separately from play.
Next step: shape the scope together.
Send the studio your audience, event date or timing, venue if known, and the action you want guests to take. The conversation can identify the creative direction, venue checks and whether a prototype is needed before a build proposal.
