What we build for your brief
These are the studio workstreams for this direction. The agreed proposal defines the deliverables and separates hardware and other vendor costs.
- A shared game
Your game mechanic, team structure and main-screen creative.
- The phone controller
A browser join flow and simple controls that fit the audience.
- The show integration
Host cues, reconnect behavior and a load-tested game configuration for the agreed network plan.
The guest journey: Scan and join → Choose a side → Change the big screen → See the result
Why this is a credible starting point
Existing capability
Phone drawing and QR join flows have been used in Illuminarium shows.
What is developed for this version
Your multiplayer rules, crowd size, network configuration and host flow need to be tested for this event.
Operating snapshot
- Space and power
- A shared screen or projection surface, clear QR signage, screen power plus one circuit.
- Guests and pace
- Sample target: 20–200 simultaneous players in 3–5 minute rounds. Validate the chosen limit with the venue network.
- People to run it
- A host introduces rounds; technical operation and network support are specified in the run plan.
Confirm with the venue
- Confirm usable Wi-Fi or mobile coverage with the intended crowd load.
- Offer a spectator role or an assisted route for guests without a suitable phone.
- Set name filtering, reconnect behavior and an operator pause before opening.
During the run
The proposal defines show-control duties, host cues, network responsibilities and a reconnect plan. A touring version needs network validation at each stop.
What the recap can tell you
The recap can report connected participants, completed rounds and reconnects. Optional marketing subscriptions have their own consent record and count.
Next step: shape the scope together.
Send the studio your audience, event date or timing, venue if known, and the action you want guests to take. The conversation can identify the creative direction, venue checks and whether a prototype is needed before a build proposal.
