Why this is a credible starting point
Existing capability
The sample combines the studio’s interactive projection and motion-game capabilities.
What is developed for this version
The custom enclosure, three-round game and music treatment are developed for the campaign; this is an illustrated build.
Operating snapshot
- Space and power
- 12 × 12 ft box within a 15 × 15 ft operating space, plus queue allowance. Two circuits.
- Guests and pace
- Teams of 2–6. Three 60-second rounds; planning target about 40 guests/hour including briefing and changeover.
- People to run it
- One technician and one host in the sample plan.
Confirm with the venue
- Venue approval is needed for enclosure height, ventilation, exits and clear approaches.
- Set safe player spacing and a version of the mechanic that accommodates different movement ranges.
- Music licensing, sound spill and queue position must be agreed for the venue.
During the run
The host handles briefing and changeover while a technician maintains the installation. Touring, storage, music rights and additional live days require an explicit scope.
What the recap can tell you
The recap can distinguish completed team rounds, participating guests, photo links generated and separately consented subscriptions.
Next step: shape the scope together.
Send the studio your audience, event date or timing, venue if known, and the action you want guests to take. The conversation can identify the creative direction, venue checks and whether a prototype is needed before a build proposal.
