What we build for your brief
These are the studio workstreams for this direction. The agreed proposal defines the deliverables and separates hardware and other vendor costs.
- The seasonal character
Attract-screen creative, story and campaign reveal.
- The walk-up interaction
Hand-raise start, short play loop and optional takeaway flow.
- The kiosk integration
Test the software, camera framing and reset behavior within the proposed enclosure.
The guest journey: Catch its attention → Play a short moment → Reveal something useful → Keep moving
Why this is a credible starting point
Existing capability
The sample demonstrates a portrait screen, attract loop and hand-raise interaction.
What is developed for this version
The final enclosure, creative, remote monitoring and unattended reliability need validation for the placement.
Operating snapshot
- Space and power
- 4 × 3 ft kiosk plus a 6 × 6 ft play spot; one outlet and venue Wi-Fi or LTE.
- Guests and pace
- Sample framing: 1–3 guests. Planning target: 60–90 short interactions/hour at peak.
- People to run it
- Designed for self-starting play. A named venue contact and technical support plan are still required.
Confirm with the venue
- Place the screen without narrowing public circulation or emergency routes.
- Test glare, camera framing and the interaction’s reachable range.
- Define daily checks, remote access, reset behavior and response hours before an unattended run.
During the run
The operating proposal defines monitoring, daily checks, who responds to faults and the response hours for the placement. Content refresh and connectivity are explicit recurring items.
What the recap can tell you
The recap can report completed interactions and successful takeaway requests. Dwell measurement is included where the agreed sensor and privacy plan support it.
Next step: shape the scope together.
Send the studio your audience, event date or timing, venue if known, and the action you want guests to take. The conversation can identify the creative direction, venue checks and whether a prototype is needed before a build proposal.
